All our products are supported and initial user-training is provided, as we know how these are crucial components for their success. Given their nature, they bring some new components to your daily activities and its proper use and acceptance by intended users has to be ensured.

Any new technology that is not fully understood and accepted by its intended users will turn sooner or later into a failure: it's in both yours and our interest to prevent that.
